Week 2 Completed

As mentioned in previous posts, I'm working on completing the Couch to 5k running program.  I completed week two yesterday.  This week consisted of a 5 minute warm up, 90 seconds/2 minutes run/walk for 20 minutes and then a 5 minute cool down.  I brought my mile time down this week!  Yay!  It feels great to be accomplishing something!


  1. Hi - I'm getting a jump start on ICLW, as I never seem to find enough time during the week itself!

    I've seen a couple of different people doing the Couch to 5K program. I'm very interested as I really need to do more exercise right now. I'll be following your blog from now on.

  2. Great job!! Time for me to get back into exercise too. The toughest part for me is actually getting started! I seem to be great at finding lots of excuses for NOT exercising!
