As mentioned in
previous posts, I'm working on completing the Couch to 5k running program. I completed week two yesterday. This week consisted of a 5 minute warm up, 90 seconds/2 minutes run/walk for 20 minutes and then a 5 minute cool down. I brought my mile time down this week! Yay! It feels great to be accomplishing something!
Hi - I'm getting a jump start on ICLW, as I never seem to find enough time during the week itself!

Great job!! Time for me to get back into exercise too. The toughest part for me is actually getting started! I seem to be great at finding lots of excuses for NOT exercising!
